A product I want is sold out. Can I still get it?

No worries! We always relist popular items. Be sure to check our site daily for our new deals and subscribe to our daily email deal-notifications.

How do I know what my order number is?

Once your order is processed we will send you an email with your order confirmation. Your order number will be included in the email.

I placed an order. Can I change the shipping address?

If you would like to make change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

I placed an order. Can I cancel it?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

How do I check my order status?

Why is my order still “processing”?

All orders can take up to 7-10 business days to ship, (unless stated otherwise).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the tracking information.

Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Will I Be Able To Return Merchandise That Is Over Is Over 30 Days Old?

Unfortunately no, any purchases over 30 days old are not be eligible for a refund.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If the damage is found while the shipping carrier is on site, please DO NOT accept the package and refuse delivery. Please contact us to arrange a re-shipment.

If the damage is found after the package has been delivered, please DO NOT install the item. Please contact us and provide photos so we can process a replacement.

Unfortunately, as freight carriers only allow a limited time to file freight claims, damages reported after 30 days will not be honored. Additionally, once a defective item is installed, we may not be able to provide a replacement.
